SOPRANO M-Pay

SOPRANO M-Pay is a complete person to person (P2P) mobile payment solution that allows funds to be transferred between two parties via their mobile handsets.

Each registered SOPRANO M-Pay user is provided with a Stored Value Transaction account that they may use to transfer funds between other SOPRANO M-Pay users.

Because transactions occur between the stored value transaction accounts of both parties there is no need to share any credit card or bank account information.

Payments can be initiated from:

• Web

Funds are moved into/out of a Stored Value Account from:

SOPRANO Mobile Authenticator

SOPRANO Mobile Authenticator is the solution you want when you need to provide your employees or customers with a 2-Factor authentication system to provide secure access to your online services.

Soprano Mobile Authenticator takes advantage of the ubiquity of the mobile phone to deliver a One Time Password via an SMS, thereby delivering the same benefits as a hardware or software token without all the administrative overheads.

Mobile Authenticator integrates with your Network Access Server or VPN Aggregator like all 2-Factor solutions. It connects using RADIUS, RADIUS-EAP and several proprietary VPN solutions to make installation easy.

A full web based interface (itself secured with SOPRANO Mobile Authenticator) allows your administration staff to register employees, customers and suppliers as required.
An automated registration procedure can be configured for larger customer bases.

SOPRANO Staff Match

SOPRANO Staff Match automates the time consuming process of contacting staff to fill shifts so that management can focus on getting the job done rather than getting people to do the job.

With Staff Match you simply define your shift (date, time, location), the role you need to fill, and any specific qualifications and press send. Staff Match will send an SMS message to all staff in your employee pool that meet the criteria you have selected. Staff simply respond with a ‘y’ or a ‘n’ and the shift is allocated to the first ‘y’ responses received and sends an acknowledgement to the successful bidders. Staff Match also advises unsuccessful bidders accordingly.
