SOPRANO MEMS has been integrated to Telstra's world leading messaging infrastructure to provide a carrier grade mobile messaging application suite marketed to Enterprise and Government customers.
TIM has launched with SOPRANO Campaign Manager, SOPRANO Broadcast, SOPRANO Desktop, SOPRANO StaffMatch, and SOPRANO Authenticator. As part of the SOPRANO product roadmap, SOPRANO Reminder, SOPRANO Redeemer, MMS capabiliities and SOPRANO Dispatcher will be made available over the coming year.

- Unanswered check messages will trigger an escalation after a set time
